No More EMB Sim Time Avail for RAH

If there's no more sim time available and the staffing issues that are present, is it possible for the company to waive PT/PC checks for FO's?

I'm just trying to figure out how they'll cope with the needed upgrades/transfers/new hires when the sim time they planned for is well short of what they need.

They could just do it in the real airplane. Nothing like a real single engine ILS.

ExpressJet lost a 145 doing one of those years ago. I guess thats one way to start getting rid of 50-seaters!

We used to do the takeoffs and landings for the checkrides in the actual Avros at night. Nothing like getting to fly pattern work in a 4 engine jet as a civilian.

They were sending crews over to Paris to train in 2004.
