Default No More EMB Sim Time Avail for RAH

If there's no more sim time available and the staffing issues that are present, is it possible for the company to waive PT/PC checks for FO's?

I'm just trying to figure out how they'll cope with the needed upgrades/transfers/new hires when the sim time they planned for is well short of what they need.

They could just do it in the real airplane. Nothing like a real single engine ILS.

We used to do the takeoffs and landings for the checkrides in the actual Avros at night. Nothing like getting to fly pattern work in a 4 engine jet as a civilian.
