Interesting information from the fact sheet:

19. Did the Company try to get a DIP loan from anybody else?

So apparently we tried to get traditional DIP financing but were denied because we had no collateral (assets). Looks like the only thing that saved us from liquidation was Delta's desire to keep Pinnacle around to compete with other regionals........

what would you wager as a condition of the loan, Daddy Delta wants to downsize 50 seat feed.

Wouldn't surprise me a bit. We are truly at Mother Delta's mercy now....

Haha so remember that time in new hire class when they said that the Q400 was the regional plane of the future and we could expect to see 75 soon with bases in DEN and ORD. Ya me to.

its the Beer can of the future. AA is on a path to be an all jet airline. Delta is trying to do the same. Even USAIR is on this road. No one wants to ride on a turbo prop, esp after the crash in 2008.

Tell that to all the loyal Horizon customers (which there are a ton of). Or all of the oil rough necks flying in and out of Williston on Great Lakes. Passengers don't care. Its about the customer service provided and managing the airline properly.
