Default PNCL: Stick it out or pull the chord?

Will you stick it out or bail? If you think you're going to bail, where will you go? Where do you sit on the ISL...roughly. Remain anon.

Probably will bail, waiting to see where the flying out of IAH will end up and will likely go there. Roughly 2300 on the list.

Sticking it out... Roughly 1200 on ISL. I'll be downgraded due to fences I'm sure, but still hold a decent line as a FO hopefully.

Know a few guys going to Penair. A few junior guys going to various regionals.

I am not there anymore but was roughly 1400 on the list. I would not have planned to hang around. Commuting to be a junior FO is not a place I would want to be in.

My plan B was/is law enforcement. Although I really enjoy flying, I would have pursued my plan B actively. For me personally, I would NOT have gone to another 121 regional. I would have applied to a few majors but I wouldnt have held my breath.

I don't believe they will honor seniority for prop guys, but even if they do, I'm leaving as soon as possible.

Leaving, bottom 5-10% so its obviously a no brainer. Class date at another carrier but Compass and Skywest interviews before then. Trying to stay in MSP.

I cant decided what to do. I am around 2200 but it is hard to leave with 4.5 years in. The only way i think i can leave is if i see somewhere that will be a quick upgrade. I choose XJ because it was a good company and it looks like it was the wrong choice. I hate the thought of a lateral move.
