Where is that shiny jet syndrome video from a few years ago?

I thought it was just a pamphlet.

Haha... they're making fun of JetBlue? How ironic, considering what the legacy A320 pilots and E190 pilots make. Have you seen US Airways rates for both? Far, far worse than JetBlue.

Another thing I thing is inaccurate is their assessment that no pilot could ever have wanted Jetblue as their final career destination, and that everyone aspires to go higher to a legacy like AA. Honestly, and this is from someone who was a high school senior when 9/11 happened, once I saw the legacies furloughs and gut contracts, I did want to work for Airtran or JetBlue.

It was made like 7 years ago, things change.

7 years ago, or even 2006 and early 2007, JetBlue was the place to be! Anyone who went to Continental or United was promptly furloughed. UPS, ditto. Only Delta was ok with their hiring in 2006/2007.

Absolutely. The bases and the business model. I used them a lot for their X-fare program (ages 18-22 standby program) and was thoroughly impressed by them and their crews. Their presence at CAK (the largest carrier) was another nice touch. It would make for an easy commute. ATL as a big base has affordable areas, as opposed to huge cities like NYC, LAX, etc.
