Well, this colgan guy (who upgraded prior to the SLI, and could have held a 200 CA slot, but didn't) will be getting down graded (including the 15000pay cut).

The difference is while the fences may hurt me, I'm not bitter. The dice were thrown, and I got craps. Oh well.

That said, I'll still wear the four stripes I earned, and I'll respect the CA to my left. If you have a problem with that, too bad.

While I definitely dont want to wear four stripes after my downgrade I'm not buying a new jacket myself. Do they have to buy us one?

You will not wear 4 stripes sitting in right seat. That is disrespectful. The jacket is one thing, but not epaulettes.

Technically you will be in uniform standards non-compliance. Which is subject to discipline. Look- none of us are happy about getting downgraded, but it's not worth it to be unprofessional.
