Hmmmm, is this to compete against RAHContractNow.org? Seems kind of fishy to me! Wonder how long this will take to turn into a FAPA versus IBT thread.

"The site reflects our commitment to keep you informed with open, honest, factual information.* It also reflects the fact that we are all in this together.* We are a team.* Issues affecting one workgroup can affect all of us, so it’s important for everyone to have access to timely and accurate industry and our own workplace-related information.*
*
To our union-represented employees, please be assured that we always will uphold the principles of good faith bargaining.* We will negotiate directly with the union representatives, respecting their role in the process.* We will not use this website as a tool to circumvent them or the process.* Consistent with federal labor laws, we will provide negotiation updates and other notices, relevant facts and data, correspondence, and answer your questions to the extent that is appropriate.
*
Thanks in advance for visiting My RJET Workplace, and thank you very much for everything you do to help make Republic Airways a proud leader in our industry."

"...to make Republic a leader in the industry" except in pilot wages, cause we don't want to pay you what you are worth. Heller=Hitler

I don't see anything that would cause a Frontier pilot to be involved in this discussion, except to say, "Thank God, it's not us."

Is this yet another status quo violation or just blatant disregard for the Mediator's gag order? Or did the gag order not address this specific issue?

Good luck.

I wonder if Mitt Romneys company helped make the website.

This comes across as an amateurish response to the RAHcontractnow site. As an outsider, I am not impressed. These massed-produced 'management tells their side' sites that have been puked out by labor negotiation consultants with nauseating regularity. Quit 'telling' your people how good they have it......show them respect and pay them accordingly. Not asking for much here.
