I have 2 friends that are in the current class...they were just told today that they may be let go before they finish training ...anyone know what the latest?

Since money and time isn't an issue, I'd say go where your commute would be the easiest. Look at all the bases for both RAH and Xjet and the probability of a new hire being awarded the base that suits you, then make your decision on that. Congrats, it's a good problem to have.
