Nothing new there.. They always have "closed door" portion of there meetings.. Now XJT/ASA being there...??? Not uncomon to save Jerry time and travel.. If he is there?.. Doubt this is anything "big"... But im sure he will put pressure on each group to keep us on the competitive edge to take advantage of "opportunities"..

You joke because you work at an airline that actually made money last quarter.

Yeah you can make all the jokes you want about ASA/XJT sucking, but the reality is you work at an airline that has a future. Call me a optimist, but I'm glad I'm here versus any other regional.

...Excluding Skywest

But to get to the point...when you have successfully merged three fairly large regional airlines

Successfully Merged?

Even it its years down the road, thanks for the laugh. It remains to be seen if even 2 are successfully merged.

ASA/XJT have been successfully merged already. They don't need labor to integrate in order to execute their business plan.

Yeah, but what about the "challenges we face ahead" and remaining "cost-competetive". I mean, sometimes, "thanks for all you do" just doesn't cut it.

How'd I do? Did I get all the management buzz words in there?

You should throw in "teamwork," "synergies," and "we still have much work to do...to ensure a great future together."

Also, "our mainline partners took notice" and "were appreciative" of your hard work.

Frankly it's always 99% generalizations, platitudes, and corporate buzz-words and it's hard to believe most of it is anything more than fluff.

"Give us a year"...........

Jerry is in denver. Possibly a TA being finalized or maybe our negotiating committee proposed something in the contract that involves Skywest SAPA. Something is going on good or bad.

Hahaha I think you hit most of them! Don't forget we always have "irons in the fire."
