Main cabin door/baggage door/service door for dents. Dents are commonly overlooked and take a long time to map out and check to see if they are within limits...

For whatever reason, no one ever checks for debris in the headset jacks... very commonly missed.

Cockpit seats need 2 fore/aft adjust levers in case one breaks, you have another to adjust your seat. Since guys put their feet on these, they break and are commonly missed.

I'm finding pop-screws that are popped out on the engine nacelles and pylons every other day recently.

Dents are supposed to have a sticker clearly marking that they have been checked and noted - lot of missing stickers lately.

I haven't done many first flights recently - but you are supposed to stick your head into the aft equipment bay and the engine oil metal detector is occasionally lit up.

Atleast the screws are IN there. I heard there was a crew that lost the whole cowl. As for the dents, they'll go back and falsify they have it on record then tell you you're OK. You can literally watch catering ram the plane, make a new dent, and have MX tell you they already have it on file. I'm honestly shocked the FAA hasn't fined us. They're apparently aware of the pilot pushing and pencil whipping in IAD from talking with the FAA jumpseaters.

RVSM sticker on the nose. That one was missing or damaged on probably 50% of the planes at Pinnacle while I was there.
