There was another thread about this, but I don't think they had the story at the time that an ENGINE MOUNT was left off. I don't know anything about the engine-mounts in that aircraft, but it sounds fairly scary.

Default FAA Seeks Fine Against Pinnacle

I recall we had a similar occurrence on a BZE trip. MOC said to bring the plane back to ATL for some unknown reason then since ATL was having tornado warnings they sent it to TYS... Long story short, MX forgot to install 4 bolts on an engine change that precious night.
