Well the results are in and looks like this pay proposal passed. As an EMB pilot I for one think that this is garbage (no pay raise for EMB). At least now the CRJ 70/90 drivers will get a 5% override the base CRJ 200 pay. I don't think that's enough either but at least it's something.

Without representation, management will never give the bro pilots a raise so there was no-one for us to sell down the river. I'm sure many of us voted like I did and believe the ALPA drive will be successful. Either it was get locked into current rates with NO split rates for the next 2-4 years or get the most management was willing to hand out.

So for the next few years either Freightpuppy can tell her boy to transition to the jet or she can continue to take them both out. :)
