Anyone have any luck reattaching an updated resume? I tried several times using .doc and pdf and it kept showing my original resume when I previewed it before submitting.

For those that received the letter, did you reapply from the very beginning even if your current application is under review? This whole process is very unclear.

I reapplied today via the link and had to do the whole application. Had no problem at all uploading my résume.

I couldn't get the resume to update either a couple months back. I tried different formats, browser, etc. with no success. I resubmitted from the very beginning since there is a new Req. ID# for the current job listing. Then again my last one said "not selected" so I'm sure submitting a new one was an exercise in futility.

Can you select "remove me from consideration", then reapply again to put you fresh into the system?

Do NOT remove yourself from consideration. It won't let you reapply until you change e-mail, phone number, etc.

Just speaking from experience when I got stonewalled by this horrible human resources software.

For those of you with questions regarding updating verses reapplying I may have an answer for you. I stopped by Corporate and asked someone in the hiring department yesterday whether or not we should update our information or reapply, as the email we received was rather confusing. The person I talked with was very nice and explained to me that our current application would stay in the system, however, since there is no way to update our previous application (As some of you have found out) if any information has changed (i.e. flying time, addresses, type ratings, etc), we should reapply using the new posting. They also said that they were going to try and send a new email that would help clarify the last one but they did not have a time frame as to when that may occur. Hopefully this clears things up for those who had questions regarding the email and good luck to everyone.

Is the email you're referring to the invite to re-apply? I wouldn't read too much into it. As long as you are still under review, you're still in the game. You can probably apply to the latest app and be on par with the rest of us.

Do you have any other "under review" applications? It seems like a lot of people have received a very quick "thanks but not thanks" this time around and I'm curious if the email was from the current window?
