I will say this has brought a smile to my face while I sit in my broke ass MULTI-ENGINE (Anyone need multi time? ...:D) airplane and kill time.

To answer his question, don't do it! It seems from reviews the owner will take your money beforehand, and hen not give you the full hours, with various excuses. My best advice will be in aviation to pay as you go, and not drop a large amount up front. There's too much fraud.

A while ago there was a place called Skymates that offered multi time packages, and I heard ok things about them. You coul look into that.

We actually see this type of attitude more often than you might think.
It is amazing what *rights* some think they have.
The most often misused 'freedom of speech' and 'censorship' arguments are the most interesting.
Imagine someone coming into this particular users 'living room' and making like demands!
