To answer his question, don't do it! It seems from reviews the owner will take your money beforehand, and hen not give you the full hours, with various excuses. My best advice will be in aviation to pay as you go, and not drop a large amount up front. There's too much fraud.
A while ago there was a place called Skymates that offered multi time packages, and I heard ok things about them. You coul look into that.

time to go pound sand Mufaza. This site is free and a great resource for information, networking, and all around pilot camaraderie. No one is forcing you to be on here, it's their site and hardly anyone feels these rules are unfair.

It is amazing what *rights* some think they have.
The most often misused 'freedom of speech' and 'censorship' arguments are the most interesting.
Imagine someone coming into this particular users 'living room' and making like demands!
