From what we are hearing at Eagle they can't find people. We actually send people on the road to aviation schools trying to talk them into coming here.
Their biggest problem is people want a faster upgrade and we don't have a fleet plan at Eagle so people are afraid to come here. We wouldn't be offering a $5,000 bonus if there was a surplus of eager applicants. There are some high time people from Comair and other jobs. The ATP rule was the game changer. We hired a guy in 2007 with 195TT. Those days are gone. |

3000+ people just applied to Jetblue for 150-200 jobs... I'm not gonna even get into the numbers for Spirit and Virgin. I cant wait to see what the numbers are for Delta when they open their window for 150 jobs..:)
