Default Sheppard Air Interview Prep

Has anybody used sheppard air's interview prep specific software for a republic, PSA, TSA etc... Interview? I used their ATP software and it worked great, just looking to see if the interview program is worth it.

Worked for me. Very accurate, worth the $20.

I used Sheppard Air for ATP written and it was great. For interviews I just bought an ATP book and studied recommended sections and that worked for me. For TSA study weather, aerodynamics, performance, and regs and you should be ok. The written there was pretty easy.

Default Sheppard Air Interview Prep

I bought their products but wouldnt do it again. You dont own the software so when your time expires the program does too. If you want to go back to prep for something you would have to rebuy it again. Dauntless has a much better interface and you own it for life. Sheppard air is hard to upload and u have to use their password/signin everytime u use the program. I was shocked how awful it was. No explanations either just tells you to look at FAR # blah blah. I rate it a 4 out of 10. Try Dauntless next time to see the difference.

I've used Shepard Air for ATP written. Definitely easy to use, as advertised, and I scored well. Shepard was a 9 out of 10 for me and everyone I know that used it felt the same.

Certainly a different view than a vast majority of people that I have known to use the test preparation, but just an opinion of course.
If there happened to be some undisclosed connection to the other software in some way, then there would be a disguised bias
I didn't even know Sheppard had INTERVIEW prep software courses.

If you have already purchased their ATP software, they will give you a discounted rate on the regional Interview prep. If you interview and call them back with feedback from the written, they will refund your money. Call and ask those questions, they will be honest about what their software is good for.

I took the TSA written, I had seen 99% of the questions ahead of time.

With their other courses, I also took the mil comp commercial + ATP + CFI + FEX over the course of about a month, and never scored less than a 98 on any of them.

They are plugged in. Always a good idea to call and ask questions. Even ask them about where to go to take the ATP or translating military flight hours.

You must have used them in the early days. All the questions have explanantions and FAR numbers both. They do require to sign in with each use but the program is designed to help you make a high score and nothing more. Their program is not flashy because it makes it cost more to develop. They are a mom and pop type business not a big company like ASA, Gleim, etc..

Exactly! They have an excellent product that does exactly what you want it to and nothing more. Now that they have added Commercial and Instrument to the preps there is no excuse not to do excellent on all your written tests.

The Interview Prep software is well worth the money. I used it for my interview prep at both PSA and Republic.

How well would this course relate to another field (IT)? Or is it too aviation sided? Just thinking the TMAAT and other q's might be helpful for personal enrichment.

Just thinking, for $19 bucks it might be a good way to kill a furlough day.
