he he...so you admit you live in mommas basement and will say things on here that you won't say to someone's face :)

But in all seriousness, you misunderstood my post. I was talking about hiring mainly. I just threw the jumpseat in there to show the guy has real balls if he says to my face before asking for a ride rather than hiding on here, and in that case I'm happy to take him! He will be in for an earful and a dose of reality though by the time we get to the destination! So what I'm saying is I'd rather fly with (either as a fellow employee, or on my jumpseat) someone who has the balls to say it to my face, rather than some pansy like Sooner and others who will only say it from a computer behind a false name.

Now I may have joked "you're still here!" with some of the vocal CAs over there, but all in good fun and not saying they were holding me down career-wise. Bloch is the one primarily responsible for that, not you or your colleagues. There was one particular FO (who was fired, and then the union got his job back) who was very vocal and talked along those lines like you are saying. Maybe I was confused for him.

Shy, not everything negative I/we say on here is directed at you. ;) I really think you are into S&M with as many generally negative comments you enjoy being hurled your way. I was speaking of OUsoooner and the sorts, people from OTHER airlines saying "vote no" not to stick stick it to the man, but in the hopes they would get our airframes hence growth when we shut down. Not 9e FO's complaining that 9e captains haven't moved on for whatever reason. And for the anal retentives out there, don't give me the "they are Delta's airplanes" lecture. It's old.

Just want to officially offer my congrats to every 9E pilot who voted yes.
Thank you so much for screwing over every other regional pilot out there and taking a big lead in the race to the bottom.
Because of you certain mainlines are all ready asking regionals to "be in line with pinnacle costs".

Here's my advice when your time comes to vote:

1. The Mainline company always bluffs, nothing they say is true, especially if they say they are going to shut you down.

2. Just vote No.

3. Live happily ever after.

Well I try and write nothing different than what I would say to someone in person, but sometimes online it doesn't come out right, or comes out harsher than what I really mean. As for hiring, I would never rat someone out based on online posts. It just doesn't provide a complete picture. What you mean sometimes doesn't come out right. Or sarcasm is missed, or the message is taken one way when it was meant another. There's just too much that can be taken the wrong way. That's why I only judge in person from knowing someone and/or having flown with them. That is the fairest way to judge someone. And no, I don't live in momma's basement. Though at these California prices my wife and I'm paying, I wish I did hahaa.

Are you accusing me of being this cow? :D

What does this mean...................

"US Airways management’s concern over Eagle’s ability to deliver on its cost savings targets and whether those targets are sufficient in the post-Pinnacle environment."

Shy... On my commute to/from work I finished up the movie "black hawk down". I can't seem to shake the similarity of "shyguy" on apc and "over watch" in the movie.

What comes to mind (more to the point) is a college guy going to a HS prom. Move on, and then literally move on. Right now you are dragging tail, and your "real' name has made the rounds. Honestly, you are only harming yourself with continued 9E posts. You are ticking off about 2K folks, and most know who you are. Talking negative grows the negative mindset, and the "small network" has close connections.

I know the infant keeps you awake, but research a 529 instead of the pos/neg/POST Hindsight game at this point. If you loved VA, you wouldn't be playing "over watch for 9E".

My times come and gone to vote and yes i did vote NO. Sadly 70 some percent of the other people at my airline chose to buy into the company and unions bluffs.

I'd make the same argument to your face or any others for that reason. Sadly the internet hasnt advanced far enough to make that happen.. sort of. It is what it is. Everyones entitles to their opinion. Eagle yes voters are quickly finding out the company was bluffing to no end during negotiations. I think Pinnacle yes voters will find the same is true down the road.

AA wasn't bluffing about awarding 47 airplanes to RAH. I'm sure that got peoples' attention. Plus Eagle is a pretty top heavy pilot group. I'd imagine Eagle pilots felt the squeeze from mainline AA-just like every regional does by mainline. Have you ever flown freight? Maybe you ought to try that. Captain on your first day, no regional whipsaw. You get to vote with your feet.
