Under flightline are you able to drop your schedule down to 60 hours per month?

I think it's 45

Why do have to lie to get what you want?

The agreement lets each side keep their own system - you just want to force the XJT side into a system that doesn't give the required flexibility ... or are you one of the ones at ASA that doesn't have to work and gets paid to stay at home and play with Flightline?

Uhh, that's what vacation low is.

And doesn't it also depend on the negotiated vacation day credit. They'll defiantly want to decrease that.

You guys don't have someone that sits at home and plays with SmartPref?

Seriously, give it a rest people. Let them work it out and then we'll get to vote on it.

I would love both sides to keep what they want... Call the Lxjt bluff they have just been stalling to keep line bidding as long as possible since the company would never agree to it. I would prob do it too if I was super senior.
everyone keeps what they want everyone wins and can stop arguing. Assuming the company agrees to what we finally agree on

I don't think smartpref requires anyone to re-run different blind results dozens of times until they subjectively agree that that award is good for everyone.
