I don't understand the use of "legacy" with regard to Expressjet. Is there another Expressjet somewhere, or is another call sign being used since being acquired? I'm not trying to make fun of the situation, just trying to understand it. I never hear Shuttle guys who were there when acquired by Republic referring to Shuttle as L-Shuttle, or Frontier now referring to themselves as L-Frontier. Doesn't make any sense...

There is 1 ExpressJet, there is no ASA. If just happens to have 2 seperate aircraft fleets & crew groups with seperate work rules.
But that's not the topic of this thread. Glad to hear everyone was okay with this little bump on the ground.
