Default Comair domicile question.

I recently got hired at Comair and was wondering what my chances were to get Cincinnati as domicile. Thank You.

Default Yes JFK is your future

The chances of getting CVG are slim since all of the CRJ70 were CVG based. It displaced a lot of pilots and since stuff rolls down hill (JFK being the bottom) You will no doubt be at JFK for awhile. But look at the bright side JFK is doubling in size which means you will be further from the bottom of the crap pile for less time. However things change and you might get CVG you never can tell in this business.

Thank you Pantera, do you mean that JFK is growing because of the displaced pilots or are they adding flights?

Why do people feel its necessary to say "thank you" at the end of their posts? What are you thanking us for? Worthless. Bugs me more than when people say "Thank you" at the end of PAs At least when they say "thank you for your attention" or "thank you for saving my a$$" I know what I am being thanked for. But saying "thank you" just because you don't know how else to end your statement? Worthless.

Rant over...

Why would you want to live in a crash pad? You'll probably end up getting athletes foot and crabs if you stay in one of those places too long. Why would you think Cinci to NYC would be a stretch for commuting? I'm sure Delta has about a billion flights a day between the two. Besides, with some planning you can use pretty much any of the "big three" NYC airports.
