Not loaded at all..because me personally, I will not shoot an opinion out based on poll..I'm retired anyway..so it's just for my own info. Yes I do have a theory about something, but it's not an issue I will discuss as I doubt it would remain civil.
In fairness I thought I summarize my own job satisfaction history:
Military out of college: loved it
Regional 1: hated it - furloughed
Regional 2: hated it
Charter: Tolerable but shut down
Corporate: Loved it till retirement.

I don't mean to rain on your picnic, but I'm wondering what you seek to gain from a poll like this. Even if everyone who chimed in here voted for work dissatisfaction, you can't put much reliance on the results because of bias and sampling error.

Considering that 99% of pilots view the regionals as a stepping stone to a major, cargo-carrier or to a good corporate job, I cannot envision anybody answering "yes" to this poll
I flew for a regional for 6 years, I was considering pulling the plug on aviation when I got my break. So a NO from me

The point of my comment was that pilots b!tch and whine constantly, regardless of airline. I spent 8 years in the union listening to it from both regional and mainline pilots alike. Which has nothing to do with the fact that I have all my apps out and am just waiting for my chance to escape. But thanks again for the juvenile personal attack.
