The perspective I would like to add here is that size does count, actually. If you are actively looking to move on to a job overseas, like Emirates or Air Japan, the recruiters have a weight qualifier on the experience they are looking for. Oddly, the difference in CRJ200 and the E145 is important when applying for Ar Japan through PARC. And Emirates wold really like to see 30 tones. E145 time is worthless for these places.
With that said, I still would not be moved to accept less money and QOL just to fly them. Gotta draw the line somewhere. |
