Yeah, but did they have 9E on their résumé like you do? Best of luck in the future with that on your résumé.

Yes, but SkyWest above it cancels out my Sins Fatso. Good luck waiting around for that SSP. On those Pinnacle wages, you'll slim down and have to change your name to SkinnyPilot or Ribspilot before too long, eh hoss?

Do the math, how long is it going to take to get your money back in a lateral move and living at year one regional pay again? 9E is just like having GoJets on your resume, face it, you are either going to have to leave the country to fly or stick it out in the regional world.

A long long time if you're giving up 12 year captain pay. I'm surprised a clairvoyant like you can't see that

I know this might be hard for you to understand but give it a shot.

Most will have a larger (or close enough) W2 their 2nd year at a Major/National than a 12 year CA at a regional......

It isn't going to look good for your next job when you have to list Pinnacle in your employment history either. You might as well just settle in at good old Skywest. Hopefully when you have a family the offered HRA health plan is sufficient for you and your family. Maybe by that time you won't even be offered an employee health care option (and without a vote in the matter either).
Dude you're way off. I see your beef with Pinnacle, I do. but thats one of the most ignorant statements I've read in a while, and there sure has been some stupid stuff written lately out there... It just doesn't work that way.

Wow, you really are living in a nice kool aid filled bubble located in rainbows and gumdrops land. I also hear that is where the mythical unicorn still resides and honey badgers actually do give a ****. Lay off the payote brah!

With that said 9E still sucks but it will not affect your resume and Skywest will definitely not make you some amazing applicant.

Here is Slats arriving at Skywest Indoc the first day

Look, there's nothing like a good 9E/G7 bashing session, but plenty of GoJets and PCL alumi are getting hired. I'm glad you think your crappy regional is better than their crappy regional, but mainline hiring boards couldn't care less where you worked as long as you're qualified and have a clean record. And if you must insist there's an emotional aspect to their decision (even though there isn't), if anything they would feel sorry for these pilots and help them escape.
