Where Does One Go!!!

I have been out of the hiring game for a long time. Been furloughed now for a year and need to get back into it for currency sake. For those of you out there what it the best regional to look at for the best combination of Upgrade Tie, QOL, pay, equipment, commuting, scheds, contract. Any input is appreciated as I have been hearing Compass seems to one of them near the top of the list. Throw out what you got, I need the real story.

Great Lakes is hiring. Silver is, too. Other than that don't bother

Now that, I definitely don't understand. Are you telling me that anything outside of Great Lakes and Silver are not worth exploring? And why would those 2 be so sought after relatively speaking?

He's probably being very sarcastic !
I am hearing the same about Compass as well. Sorry man, can't help much as I am a newbie. But look into Skywest, express jet and maybe Eagle.

Check out Ameriflight! It's a great experience and you will learn a lot. I never regret going there before the regionals. I can tell you who to get into contact with if you're interested.

I kid, I kid. Compass is great from what everyone says. Skywest also good.

Because those all usually don't come in the same airline. Historically, the crappier regionals offered quicker upgrades but an overall lower compensation/QOL package. It was always a trade off.

Today, if I had to start at a regional I would heavily consider Compass. Those CAs are going to be flowing to Delta which means there will be movement to the left seat. Compass pay/QOL doesn't seem too bad either.

compass, eagle, mesa (ipads), skywest, express

GoJet is hiring. Classes of 20+ each month for the future. Like everything, you have to do what is best for you and your family.

I would encourage you not to chase the upgrade and look at bases, QOL, etc.
