First of all, the Chinese can't do all the flying that is coming to them with the amount of A/C's on order they have, places like Russia for example, the salary levels for airline pilots have gone up 400% in the past decade alone, the salaries for the Chinese pilots have also tripled with housing, school, company cars and taxes paid for them, it is not the 1980's anymore, there are no sweatshop pilots in Asia anymore:rolleyes: better inform yourself about what's happening in the global market, the pilots flying ATR's in Vietnam are making better wages than your average RJ driver in the US.....!
