Air Wisc Pilot Shirt
I know the pilot shirt thread has been started half a million times, so I apologize in advance for this one...I just have a specific question.
Could an Air Whiskey person tell me what shirt brand your company uses? They seem to have a better fit and finish than a lot of the other US Express carrier's shirts. Thanks |
We all buy our shirts from the various vendors...same as other carriers.

I believe we have a list of approved vendors, but I haven't looked at that in a while. Nobody is going to say anything as long as you look presentable. The biggest thing management has been focusing on is whether or not you wear the hat. I use A Cut Above Uniforms, as they have the only shirts that I don't end up swimming in. It's been a while since I ordered from there though, so I can't remember if it was the fitted or the tapered shirts that fit really well. The shirts are a bit more expensive then other places though, but that's what the uniform bank is for. They also have the cool and dry neck liner that is a godsend in the Summer.

I really like my pilot house shirts. They fit very well. The key here is our leap fitness program. Our pilot group is basically a collection of ultra fit super athletes.

Air Wisc Pilot Shirt
" A cut above " only way to go. They have a style that is called "tropo" and it's sort of a stretchy type material that doesn't wrinkle at all. So at the end of your 15:59 hour duty day you still look decent .
I have used several shirts over the years, a cut above is by far the best .... |

Knitting is also a stress reliever. Some of us use white spray paint on our toned upper bodies. The fat guys are placed in burlap sacs and beaten with reeds until they are acceptable enough to buy a fitted tropo from cut above.
