Im torn between admiring the solidarity of this pilot group and acknowledging the realization that mother Delta is thoroughly fed up with these guys and gals at this point.

However, from a more rational, less dramatic side, I don't think anyone expects the pilots not to authorize a strike or for the BK judge to allow one to take place. That said, Comair has long been one of the 'gold standard' airlines in my eyes. I would like to think that the same employees; management and the pilots can have a meeting of the minds and begin to look towards a better furture for this company.

Hold your ground Comair guys. Once you make 1 concession, the airline will walk all over you.

Strange, but we already made several concessions. Pay Freeze '05, Different Health Insurance, No Contribution to Retirement Plan. So what's next.:mad: Oh yeah, forgot to mention that all of this was done to make the airline profitable and to keep us competitive with the competition.
