Im torn between admiring the solidarity of this pilot group and acknowledging the realization that mother Delta is thoroughly fed up with these guys and gals at this point.

However, from a more rational, less dramatic side, I don't think anyone expects the pilots not to authorize a strike or for the BK judge to allow one to take place. That said, Comair has long been one of the 'gold standard' airlines in my eyes. I would like to think that the same employees; management and the pilots can have a meeting of the minds and begin to look towards a better furture for this company.

Hold your ground Comair guys. Once you make 1 concession, the airline will walk all over you.

Strange, but we already made several concessions. Pay Freeze '05, Different Health Insurance, No Contribution to Retirement Plan. So what's next. Oh yeah, forgot to mention that all of this was done to make the airline profitable and to keep us competitive with the competition.
