Most jr CA at XJT, CRJ side, is an early 2007 hire. We had a lot of 2007 hires, so it will take some time to get through them all.

This is why the water is warm at AWAC. Great pay and work rules...upgrade time is approx 4 years and will probably drop to 3.5..not parking planes so slot avail will be uniform.

Weather canceled a fair amount of my flying this last trip...but I was not sad as the shiny jet folks because I still got paid in full for my scheduled flying.
