PSA is the same, more or less. Everyone expects it to climb to 1.5 years once enough new pilots get their time and everything stabilizes.

He's got almost the entire FO list waiting to upgrade so the DEC from 7 months ago, who got a quick upgrade, is in an entirely different situation from the newbie walking in today who's looking at how many years? A long way down the road. At the very least they will stick around for another 3 years, most likely longer. Thats plenty of time for a new 121 pilot to upgrade. Also think what the attrition levels will be like then; sure things will slow if the 200's disappear but it wont hinder anyones progress significantly.

The time has already passed to go to PSA if you have 0 121 time. Those with the time will get quick upgrades, but those with none are in for a rude awakening. That's not saying going to other regionals with 50 seat aircraft is a better choice, just that PSA is not a good choice anymore for those with 0 time looking for a quick upgrade.
