E175 was almost a Jr... And they are adding more upgrades (20) in each class for the foreseeable future.. I think there was a break in hiring around 2009'sh. Were OO didn't hire for a year or 2....

XJT most junior CA ERJ = March 2007 DOH. Once the next 250 upgrade it will drop by 4 years to an approximate 4 year upgrade.

That's incorrect. Those guys were all hired in 2008. Most didn't spent nearly 2 years on furlough.... Just to ve accurate.
