And vote on the merits of the TA, not the rumors and fear-mongering by ALPA and the company.
As management said in the call last night, there really aren't many cost savings in this TA. Are you willing to give up so much to save them so little?

I don't know what was said in the conference call. I would like a transcript, although I'm pretty sure I can guess what was said and the questions that were asked. I voted no at 1037 am today. I have read the TA and studied it in depth. There simply is no reason to give concessions. We are headed to a large shortage of pilots at the regional level. Let the union fear monger and say it will take another 2 years. So be it. If they are planning on winding it down then that's what they are planning, we can't do anything to prevent that. Professionals deserve salaries that compensate for the high cost of training. We aren't plumbers or bus drivers, although both of those examples make more then a topped out FO.
