For the first time, the "shortage" may be a real thing, at least at the regional level. This is the only chance we've got at RAISING the standard, instead of actively lowering it. Pilots of XJT and EGL have a chance to raise the bar for ALL regional pilots. Please think carefully before accepting concessions. |
They'd rather explore drones as an option than pay us more.
