Have some pride, look yourself in the mirror and realize you didn't roll over for a flow to AA that you could have got by yourself simply by applying. They offered us nothing in this TA and our reps rolled over and took it straight up the rear end.

150 planes is still SHRINKING

50% flow is still allowing thousands of guys to get crammed on top of you on the seniority list.

I'm not defending this but Eagle was going to shrink no matter what. So that argument is moot. And the idea of getting to AA just by applying as a Eagle pilot was very slim due to the current flow. The amount of Eagle pilots off the street was probably going to be extremely small so the flow will help to a certain degree. Also PBS is virtually eliminated for quite some time.

Other than that, complete garbage.

If it passes, will pilots still get the other half of their shares PLUS the signing bonus?

Another item that stuck out was at the bottom of the letter where it mentions "If AAG acquires additional EMB-175 aircraft from the manufacturer, the first 90...will be placed on the EGL operating certificate." Therefore what if they acquire them from another operator (i.e. NOT the manufacterer), does that allow them to be placed elsewhere.

Sorry I didn't clarify I meant applying to other legacies. You'll get a job at another legacy well before your flow number is called. If you're outside the 824 there is no point in even going once you're called considering the amount of people above you on the list.

Yes eagle was shrinking regardless, why take concessions on top of that?

I don't have time to copy/paste the eaglewire from Pedro but apparently we're going to get to mainline in 1/2 the time it takes for everyone else to get there. Evidently to make it in corporate America you have to be a bald faced liar.

Other interesting tid bits:
-we will get all the new hires now because of our "industry leading" flow agreement.
-we get to fly a "state of the art" RJ with Wi Fi and 1st class!!
-E175s are super fuel efficient so not only will the pilots make less but we will save on fuel costs!

The future is bright at Eagle boys, thanks ALPA!

I know you are being sarcastic,
flow through, wait for the cork to be inserted and watch the flow become a cork stop.
wifi and 1st class- porn on the go
fuel efficient maybe but burning both engine and apu on the ground will make up for it.

Thank god these two idiots aren't my reps. Unfortunately, soon they will spread their diseased mentality to AA's ranks and can be counted on to be management lackeys at every opportunity.

That was all stuff from Pedro's Eaglewire. Of course I was being sarcastic it's all a joke. 1/2 as much time to a major as anyone else? Absolute horse crap.

You might want to do a little research. Many of the regionals started out flying aircraft independently on their own route systems using commuter aircraft, and were around for many years without any code shares!
