Compass Airlines Hiring

I read that Compass Airlines will send a team to attend AIP seminar in January. Anybody knows where can one apply to compass without attending the seminar. Are they hiring already?

Beware of compass, after they have 11 airplanes, NWA has the right to sell the company, which it will. Its written in the contract. You will then be stapled onto the bottom of whomever buys them. Anyone who applies to compass has a huge case of I just want to fly a 70 seat jet.
