I believe that as all of us "Regional" pilots finally stand up to management and in a way to the Majors Management saying that we are professionals as well and deserve to be treated and paid as such that things will begin to turn for the better. From an outsiders view, this is awesome. I have not flown in the airlines but have been following them for years, it is one of the reasons I haven't finished all my ratings yet and chose to go at this career out of pocket.
Congrats to Eagle, I wont speak for all outsiders but I can say you are giving me hope in this career, stand strong! |

I fail to see any "carrot" in RAH's TA. Good luck RAH pilots- give upper management a taste of their own medicine. |
