CZ is clearly the better option. That being said, bailing on a job after 8 months won't look too good on your resume.

Compass is the better choice clearly. They have a more attractive cost structure to Delta, and they have massive movement for seniority progression.

It's not like Delta is going to look at that some day and be worried the guy would bail for United or something.

Go interview, if anything to have experience with that 3+ hour cog test they make you take.

Definitely not 3+ hour cog text. It's closer to 30-45 min. Study the things they tell you to study and you'll be fine.

Regardless. In the grand scheme of employers and employees, it doesn't look good to leave a job that quickly.

If you want to make captain and more money overall before all your peers at ASA/XJET.. go to compass. Run!

To echo 80kts:

RUN.... All Out Sprint... to Compass. Escape ASA and Don't look back.

If you have 3 regional jobs where you left before a year is up then it looks iffy. A pilot leaving a very stagnant regional for one that provides better career advancement potential shows initiative and determination to better oneself.

Step off the sinking ship. I think there's something negative about their hotel during training. Like you don't get one...... LOL......
