I meant that I had heard that you have to pay the bond if you fail. Most company's (even some of the shadier ones) that I have seen first hand require training contracts after completion of some form of line training or OE. Then again I have way more 135 non sked experience than I do scheduled companies.

Ahhh yeah after I reread what I put I saw what you meant, sorry.

I'm not sure at ACO, but I'd imagine if it was a recurrent ride then you'd be just done since you'd be out of contract anyways.

I could see that. Even corporate gigs sometimes do that. Guess it depends on what type of employee you are.

This is what I can say about ACO. If you just want hours and don't care how you get them, this is the place. If you want to learn how to hand fly approaches down to mins with no problems, this is the place. Annnnnd if you can bite your tongue when you have an issue, this is your place.
