Bag Rather Than Flight Case

Hello,

I've tried searching for this so I do apologize if something similar has been created on here.

I'm looking to purchase a luggage bag/tote rather than a flight case to carry my two jepp manuals, ipad, and other small items. Does anyone have any suggestions on products they know of or have used for this need? I'll be purchasing the Luggageworks Stealth 22" if that helps making a determination/suggestion on which bag to compliment this with.

Thanks

Many of us at AA use the TravelPro FlightCrew4 Flight Tote. It's about the size of a kitbag, but is much more functional. You can dump the shoulder strap too. It just gets in the way. Crew Outfitters sells them for $70.

I second the Travelpro FlightCrew 4, or Crew 9, line. Got mine from LuggagePros.com and they price-matched a competitor. Might also try http://www.flightattendantshop.com

Just go to Walmart and get you a 15 dollar backpack , some ear buds for you ipod, some hair gel to make your hair stiff n straight and some dorky white shades to stick on your head and you will be a certified goofball rj gear slinger.Dont forget the clogs for your feet.
Certified doofus. I see them every day.Pilots with backpacks just looks unprofessional and retarted to me.
Seriously though if you're carrying jeeps I would opt for the luggage works flight kit, more durable and can handle the heavy jepps and all your other crap.Efk, them definitely something lighter and smaller.

Thanks, I plan on not looking "retarted".

Seems like the good move would to buy the luggageworks bag. Thanks for the input and advice on not how to look like Flight Simulator nerd.

I use a 3/4 size flight bag from Scott Leather. Too bad they don't make them any longer. But, I am a traditionalist. When it finally dies I will have a saddle maker make me a new one. Something are just worth it.
