Default Seaborne had their furloughs

Don't have full numbers, but it sounds like abou 35 people we're let go. About 10-13 were pilots. Seniority didn't matter. They let go of number 8, I think, rather than transitioning him on the Saab.

Also heard that the day after the layoff, a contract pilot was hired to come down to help them on their water operation. 5000 sign on bonus, max hourly rate on pay.

Also heard that the current president, Gary Foss, was told he has until November to fix the airline, sell the airline, or that the major ownership is going to chain the doors. Luke is done throwing good money after bad, I guess.

Additionally, an agreement with Silver is in the works. Looks like all that money they spent painting SEADORNE (that's what it looks like) on the side of our Saabs is going to get changed to pink and white.

I wonder how shiney Gary's golden parachute will look.

If you gonna ask, you gotta give. Actually, scratch that. I don't want to say. I'm still down here and I might actually say something some people might not like.

It saddens me.....I am a former employee who really struggled about leaving Seaborne. I was there when they were still just seaplanes and wheels. They took on way too much to fast in my opinion.
