Get some of that Dash time befre it's gone, you've got plenty of time to fly jets, and I doubt airlines (in this country at least) care of it's turboprop time. I work at C5, and, though not the greatest place, it ain't the worst. I know guys over at PDT are enjoying their new pay raises and the new flow to AA, and Horizon is known as a pretty good outfit. I know firsthand that a lot of our guys at C5 get on with majors and legacies alike, something like 2-3 guys per month make the move on high.

Pick whichever company gives the most of what you need, whether it be pay, bennies, upgrade time, ease of commute, etc. and stick with them. That being said, the Baby Dash (even the Big Daddy Q400) is a blast to fly, and we love doing them short approaches and getting off on the first high speed with ease.

Go somewhere you like, and make the most of it while you're there.

Good luck!
