Yeah, have an I-766 (employment authorization card) and travel parole. I tried explaining that it was essentially equivalent to the green card, but I couldn't sell it and it's hard to argue with the person who needs to call you in for the interview. Maybe some things happen for a reason. I want to be with an airline that wants me too. Thanks for the support!:)

I believe they had issues with pilots flying to the island and canada and then being held up in customs and delaying the plane. Requiring a green card overcomes this issue.
