1 entry per day, unless I do back to back CDO's, then it's leg by leg.

Leg by leg on LogTen Pro....too easy!

When I was at the regionals, I did leg by leg... in a Jepp paper logbook.

I also had to walk uphill through snow each way, but that's neither here nor there.

Thanks guys,

I have logbook pro already and have used it for years. I'm thinking its leg by leg for me.

Follow up question-

Say your flying a A CRJ or an ERJ - Do you log say the CRJ 700 or 900 seperatly or a 170 to 175 etc. Would there be any reason to do so?

And now you do it as precisely as time allows, in minutes instead of tenths of an hour!

Actually a good question, Darant. And does anyone bother with logging Instrument approaches for IFR currency? Many have said AQP covers that in a 121 environment without the need to log them, but a few Captains I've met weren't so sure.

Logging Time

I log them to maintain my personal part 91 IFR currency. AQP maintains your currency only for 121/91 done for the certificate holder and then only if you are a CA.

61.57(e)(2)This section does not apply to a pilot in command who is employed by a part 119 certificate holder authorized to conduct operations under part 121 when the pilot is engaged in a flight operation under parts 91 and 121 for that certificate holder if the pilot in command is in compliance with §§121.435 or 121.436, as applicable, and §121.439 of this chapter.
