Mainlines doesn't care about who flies the planes, they care about who is the cheapest, then reliability and then whether or not you'll put one in the dirt

a feeder plowing one into the dirt is not a real concern of mainline, they will just let the feeder go out of business paying for all the families law suits, and mainline will just move on to the next dumb shi +

Well seems like Mainlines have been the ones putting them in the dirt and close to the drink.

Why do you even care? Sad when guys at the other airlines are worried or hoping PSA can't staff there planes so maybe, just maybe you can be handed some scraps from Parker.

Who the hell cares??? Mainline has to worry about there own planes going into the dirt or landing on the wrong runways just like it's feeders.

PSA is growing there airline just right. People are happy over there and everyone is upgrading to the point I don't notice anyone anymore in the CLT crewroom.

Funny has hell to read people post about there inability to Staff. They are staffing just as good as all other airlines if not better.

I've heard rumors of this as well. Who knows though.

PHX will shrink and close for American, the writings on the wall.

I find this very hard to believe(not saying you are lying or not). But Phx seems to be doing ok with the operations of SKW and Mesa that pulling any flying would be unreasonable. Unless, Mainline takes all the flying which is perfect. This can potentially benefit SWA and NKS which seems to be taking over the US.

Really??? Someone said mainline is worried about a regional hitting dirt and I said mainline needs too worry about themselves.
I'm not a young buck and probably have twice the time you have. Thanks for calling me young however. Smh...

With all due respect, I think you're helping him make the point.
PSA is taking and keeping any and every one.
If they had had an unlimited supply of pilots, you would have been gone with the eight sick calls alone.

As far as the legacy not caring about the subsidiary's, that may be true of the AAG management, but not the employees.
The upper managment can bail out while the long time employee's will have to live with the damage done to the brand.

I disagree and I'm not PSA. Eight occurrences at PDT won't even get you a letter. I just don't buy into probation being a big deal, because here it isn't. Be humble, learn, speak up when needed and it is just a formality.

Not sure what wall you're looking at.. Completely false. In fact, PHX since merger is performing better than anticipated.. it's not going anywhere for AAL.

Even if it were to go away, it's not going to happen for awhile. I think part of the merger agreement was none of the bases, of either airline, could be closed or changed for up to 5 years? If that's true your looking at Dec 2018.
