a feeder plowing one into the dirt is not a real concern of mainline, they will just let the feeder go out of business paying for all the families law suits, and mainline will just move on to the next dumb shi +

Mainlines doesn't care about who flies the planes, they care about who is the cheapest, then reliability and then whether or not you'll put one in the dirt

Who the hell cares??? Mainline has to worry about there own planes going into the dirt or landing on the wrong runways just like it's feeders. PSA is growing there airline just right. People are happy over there and everyone is upgrading to the point I don't notice anyone anymore in the CLT crewroom. Funny has hell to read people post about there inability to Staff. They are staffing just as good as all other airlines if not better. |

Why do you even care? Sad when guys at the other airlines are worried or hoping PSA can't staff there planes so maybe, just maybe you can be handed some scraps from Parker.

What is the big deal about probation? I didn't have any magic probation ride or anything. Hell, called in sick 8 times, had serious disagreements with senior captains (they earned it..so non-std.), harassed scheduling to release me from reserve, etc.. all in my first year. No one said a word...
PSA is taking and keeping any and every one. If they had had an unlimited supply of pilots, you would have been gone with the eight sick calls alone. As far as the legacy not caring about the subsidiary's, that may be true of the AAG management, but not the employees. The upper managment can bail out while the long time employee's will have to live with the damage done to the brand. |

Not sure what wall you're looking at.. Completely false. In fact, PHX since merger is performing better than anticipated.. it's not going anywhere for AAL.
