Default IAH Commuter Parking

Good Day, trying to figure out commuter parking out of Iah. I'm current using Fast Park but it's 6 bucks a day!

I've read about these $75/month deals but have yet to uncover any. Many have suggested Rocket Park. Their lowest is $100/month and have a 1 star on yelp due to buses taking an average of 45 mins for pickup and drop off.

I'm estimating about 120/month with Fast Park. Is this just the normal rate? I've always been 91/135 so paid parking is not a familiar topic.

Thank you!

I park at Rocket Parking, tell them you are a commuting pilot and they will drop the price to $40 a month. Yes the busses can take forever some times but you get what you pay for!

I second this. I used them for a year as a commuter out of IAH. The bus can take up to 45 minutes sometimes, so plan accordingly. I just showed up in my uniform, presented my company ID and got the $40/month employee rate.

Preflight will do 80/Mo if you talk to the manager and present a badge. You get a card to come and go as you please and automatically get a spot over the holidays when they are short on spots. I also used rocket in the past and preflight is with the money in my opinion. They have a very organized operation. If you park at rocket watch out that a pothole doesn't swallow your car

I like the parking spot. U pay for it but the uncovered rates arnt bad like 6ish a day. Plus the longest I've waited for a bus was 10 minutes. Usually sitting there waiting when I walk out

I think I see parking spot vans more than any other. Price just depends on how many days you park each month. I like my access card at preflight. Real easy to get out without having to pay each time

UAX pilots may park at the employee lot. Just flash your lights for the attendant to open the gate and flash your badge.

Any recent updates on these rates? I've stopped by and asked rocket and spot and they don't seem to be aware of these rates. I told them airline pilot forums said so but it didn't work.....
