Where do airline pilots typically keep their suit cases during flight? I remember being on 737s and seeing them stored stacked in a cubby behind the captain's seat.

That depends on what the airline pilots are flying. Some planes have closets, some have space in the cockpit, some you have to put in the cargo compartment, and some you can shove under seats. The main thing is to have a "small" bag, like the PNT.
