This. You never want to commute; it is he!! on earth.

I wouldn't get too wrapped around the axle about upgrades. Right now, the industry is changing fast. If you're not able to get a quick upgrade, figure what else you can do to put on your resume to look better for your next job.

The above average one.

The real question, is who has the shiniest airplanes? That should be your determining factor right there.

TSA and AWAC have shiny airplanes? I've seen better looking things at yard sales.

TSA signed a seven year deal with UAL this year.... So I understand.

this is dumb...choose Base Location and QOL

then if you need to refine that decision use contract and upgrade time

type of aircraft is ridiculous.

As I said in my initial post, I am not basing any part of my decision on what airplane each company flies. I was simply interested to see what peoples' thoughts are on each airframe. That's all.

I'm sure one still has more shine than the other if you look hard enough. It's definitely an important part of the airline decision making process.

I guess I wouldn't have asked the question at all then...

Eh its a toss up between both companies and airplanes.

You'll do less mental work on the 145 but you'll work for Hulas.

Go where you don't have to commute....if you're moving for the job come here and I'll smack you.

It's just a question from someone whose curious. He's probably never flown a jet before. No big deal. Give him a break.
