Interview? There is not such thing as an interview at the regionals now a days. Just pick the phone and call the one you want to work for and boom...You are hired!
Pick the one with the fastest upgrade out there!
Good Luck!

SkyWest. Most stable ORD base airline. XJT is shrinking and closing DEN. Who knows if ORD is next.. ORD is SkyWest largest domicile and one of the most JR.. For both captains and FO's

This. You're the perfect candidate, OP.
Or try Mesa. They've ALWAYS had an easy interview and now they have shiny jets and quick upgrades.
Don't waste your time with SkyWest. All that effort you'd have to put in totally isn't worth it.

Really? I hope you're being sarcastic. I don't have a ton of interview experience, but I found it to be somewhat challenging. That being said, the gouges were spot on and helped tremendously. It was far from a meet and greet. Now Republic's on the other hand, they didn't ask one technical question.

Wait, he might just take you seriously! To the OP, do your homework on each company. However, if you notice, there is an echo of the same answer to your question.
