And you also know details of contracts to purchase aircraft at an airline you do not work for? Im sorry but I just can't believe that. Especially considering you are a known envoy cheerleader and the "facts" you claim to know would only benefit envoy. Sorry but unless you can prove what you say with actual facts, your story doesn't add up.

He's correct. BNDES wasn't going to loan RJet the funds without a guarantee. The flying that AMR gave to RJET was part of the guarantee along with (my understanding) a promise to pay if RJET defaulted. In the document it was also disclosed that AMR could take those aircraft and redeploy them elsewhere if RJET didn't meet certain performance criteria.

This was documented in the bankruptcy by APA, I forget exactly why. I believe it's in this document from the SEC, but I'm unable to download it on my iPad.

My personal opinion is that as long as RJET continues to operate (and I personally hope and believe you will), they will continue to fly the 175 for AAG. The rumor at Envoy is that AAG might redeploy 3-5 175s next summer while until RJET is able to operate its full schedule again.

Extending from that is the 175 options for RJET where not executed, but those delivery slots will be converted to Envoys to accelerate there fleet reorganization plan.

This bickering over whose flying/airplanes go to who... Sheesh.

Mine, and I think the majority of the pilot group at ENY that were here when it happened, is that it sucked to lose flying to you. However it was a management decision and not the result of pilot shenanigans.

The only part that really stung was seeing our name on the side of your airplane.

BTW you have towed the line better than most of the regionals out there. My hat and respect is off to you all.

I totally get that. And I'm glad to see that you understand that its certainly not a pilot decision. We don't vote on it or control it, so why stress over it. With the way these airlines operate you'll probably get it and lose it 5 times in the next 10 years, and so will RAH.

Personally I hope we lose it all for good to the majors...
